1. Services

Serenity Hair and Spa provides a variety of hair and spa services. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. AppointmentsBooking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: All prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
• Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for services rendered, but we will work to address any concerns or issues to ensure your satisfaction.
• Service Adjustments: We take great pride in the quality of our work and want every client to leave feeling confident and happy with their hair service. If you have any concerns regarding your haircut, colour, or any in salon service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment, and we will gladly asses your concerns and make any appropriate adjustments. Please note – If requested changes are based on a change of mind, personal preference, or differ from what was agreed during the consultation, additional charges may apply at the stylists discretion depending on the time and work required.

4. Gift Cards and Promotions

• Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of service.
• Promotions: Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Terms of each promotion are subject to change.

5. Personal Belongings

Serenity Hair and Spa is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. We recommend that you keep your valuables with you at all times. While we provide full PPE for colour services, please note that we cannot guarantee full protection. We strongly advise wearing old clothing to your appointment to avoid any potential staining or damage. 

6. Conduct

We expect all clients to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any client to leave if they exhibit inappropriate behavior.

7. Health and Safety

• Health Conditions: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your service.
• Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards. If you have any concerns, please discuss them with your service provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenity Hair and Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any other matter related to our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
